What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address, password (hashed), and the timezone, availability rules, and event types you set up.
When someone books a meeting on your booking page we store their name, email address, the start and end time of the meeting, and any notes they provide.
If you connect a Google or iCloud calendar, we store the access tokens or app-specific password (encrypted at rest) needed to read your busy times and write event records.
How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to operate the scheduling service: showing your booking page, computing availability, sending booking confirmations, and syncing events to your calendar.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers we use
- Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. Stripe receives your email and billing details when you subscribe.
- Sender.net — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, trial reminders, password resets).
- Google Calendar API and Apple iCloud (CalDAV) — only when you explicitly connect a calendar.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion removes your event types, availability, bookings, and connected calendar credentials within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies only for keeping you logged in and protecting against CSRF attacks. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
