Use of the service

FindTheTime provides scheduling tools that let you accept meeting bookings via a public booking page. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish (your availability, event types, contact details) and for honoring bookings made on your behalf.

You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited messages, harass invitees, or violate any applicable law.

Subscriptions and billing

New accounts include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial ends you must subscribe to continue using the service. The current price is $36 per year, billed annually in advance, in US dollars.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. On cancellation you keep access through the end of the current paid term; we do not provide partial refunds.

If a payment fails, we will retry per Stripe's default schedule. If we cannot collect, your access is paused until you update payment.

Coupons

We may issue coupon codes for promotional pricing or free service. Each code has its own terms (one-time vs ongoing discount, expiration). Coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. We are not liable for missed bookings caused by service downtime, your calendar provider being unreachable, or your invitees' email being misdelivered.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we have reasonable cause to believe are being used for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
